JLFF Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and JLFF ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). Accessing, browsing, registering, or placing any bet on JLFF means you fully accept these Terms. This includes all supplementary policies referenced herein, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

JLFF reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to check this page regularly so you're always in the loop.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and play on JLFF, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. JLFF strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is permitted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of JLFF or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been previously banned from JLFF or any related platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

JLFF may request proof of age or identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or the withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on JLFF. Creating duplicate, secondary, or "ghost" accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device IDs, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and any other details required by JLFF's KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Submitting false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. JLFF will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at support@jlff.best. JLFF is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

JLFF is required by applicable regulations to conduct identity verification. You may be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, Voter's ID) and proof of address. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

JLFF supports the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on your account tier and the payment method used.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

JLFF aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes after approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts via InstaPay/PESONet may take up to one banking day. JLFF reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

4.4 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. JLFF does not accept third-party deposits. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet registered under your verified name. This policy exists to protect against fraud and money laundering.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

JLFF offers various bonuses and promotions to reward both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have fully completed identity verification.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per person, household, IP address, and device.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called playthrough or rollover). The specific requirement will be stated on each promotion page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• JLFF reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings if it suspects abuse, exploitation of wagering terms, or collusion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• Promotions may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. Active players who have already claimed a promotion will not be affected mid-cycle.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on JLFF — including JILI Slots, Jackpot Slots, Pusoy, Sabong, Virtual Sports, Boxing Betting, and all live casino titles — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or are powered by verified live feeds. Game outcomes are not influenced by JLFF staff or systems in favour of the house beyond published RTP (Return to Player) rates.

JLFF publishes the RTP percentage for all applicable games in the game information panel. By playing, you acknowledge and accept the mathematical house edge inherent in all casino games. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, JLFF's records of game outcomes shall be considered final and binding. If a game round cannot be completed due to a server error, the affected bet will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JLFF and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating bets to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — including RNG manipulation or bonus abuse.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or JLFF staff via chat or any communication channel.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Attempting to circumvent any geo-restriction, account limit, or self-exclusion measure.

JLFF actively monitors player activity and cooperates with relevant Philippine authorities, including PAGCOR, AMLC, and law enforcement agencies, where required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

JLFF takes its responsibility to players seriously. We believe gambling should always be a form of entertainment — never a way to solve financial problems. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all verified players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when you've been playing for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JLFF and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorised account access due to your failure to protect your credentials.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, internet outages, or government action).
• Losses arising from your decision to gamble, regardless of the amounts involved.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

JLFF's total aggregate liability to any player in any given month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the same calendar month.

11. Changes to These Terms

JLFF reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page, except where a specific effective date is stated. It is your responsibility as a player to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of JLFF after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For material changes — such as those affecting bonus policies, withdrawal limits, or eligibility criteria — JLFF will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to JLFF's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or initiate legal proceedings before the competent courts of the Philippines. Players acknowledge that they waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration against JLFF.
